Getting started

Propertly is a bespoke Webflow template crafted for the needs of real estate agencies and professionals. It's user-friendly and adaptable, enhancing your property showcase and client connection.

The design employs pixel units for easy comprehension and editing. With color represented through swatches, any alteration made is reflected across the entire website, ensuring consistency and ease in design changes.

If you're a beginner in Webflow, we highly recommend exploring Webflow University. This resource offers valuable insights on designing and editing your new website, making your Webflow journey smooth and successful.

Using SVG embeded icons

We predominantly use SVG icons embedded as HTML code. This approach enables easy styling via Webflow's Style (S) panel - for instance, changing an icon's color, which is not possible with images. If you wish to change an icon, source an appropriate SVG icon (websites like feathericons.com can be useful).

After downloading the icon, open it in a text editor to access the code. Copy this code and paste it into 'Embed' element. Ensure the color isn't pre-defined in the code. The fill and outline attributes should read 'currentColor'."

Using Lottie animations

We utilize Lottie animations for preloader and menu button elements. Note that changes in swatch colors won't affect these elements. If you prefer a different color or even a new animation, lottiefiles.com is a great place to pick a replacement. This site also provides a free editor to modify the color of your chosen animation.
